先是看一篇文章（30s），然后听一篇听力（1min左右）
之后是30s整理思路，60s回答 （10s + 50s）
听力lecture的结构如下：

常听到的开头是：

TIPS
第一句不需要说文章中关于term的解释，重复文章中的内容没有必要
一些原因，细节性的可以不说，说节点重要信息

一般是两个童鞋conversation，一个抱怨问题，另一个在安慰她帮忙想解决办法

之后是20s整理思路，60s回答（10s + 45s）
conversation结构如下：
